JPY was basically the king of the 70s with a huge string of hits down here in Oz, though he hit #1 multiple times in other countries too (in UK, Europe, Asia... think eventually even in the US with the 1990s Strictly Ballroom movie soundtrack re-release of this Aussie classic). He had so many great hits: Yesterday's Hero, The Love Game, I Hate the Music, I Wanna Do It with You, Where the Action Is, Lost in Your Love, Pasadena, Standing in the Rain....

That song was definitely disco and I believe it was featured in the 1993 indie film "Strictly Ballroom" (this is a great film if you haven't seen it). Another great 70's dance song is "Everlasting Love" by Carl Carlton released in 1974. I actually get this song and "Love Is In The Air" mixed up alot. Their beats sound alike. Good reaction guys!!!
