I feel Pochettino can take Chelsea far with patience and resources. 85-90 points level (as are Arsenal) will depend on a lot and luck as well. Needs another preseason and transfer window though to think about challenging for top 4 first.

I think Chelsea fans need to have patience and give Poch time to develop the players into a decent squad. Potter definitely wasn't good enough but Poch has managerial qualities that Potter could only dream of, Poch is good enough to develop these very young players so I'd advise Chelsea fans to back him and see where it takes them in a couple of seasons time, it's not an overnight process, especially with so many young players.
