American Sniper wins. Lightsabers inherent weakness is that they don't block dense, penetrating actual bullets as they can blaster fire and something like a .50 SLAP round would have to be specifically stopped with The Force, using a lightsaber would just superheat the bullet before it blows a torso-sized hole in the wielder.

Do remember that while every member of the jedi order has at least one lightsaber, there were only 10,000 Jedi at the time of the phantom menace(for anyone who knows the number as 100,000 that figure comes from a early script and not the final one). If we say there was on average 1.2 lightsabers to 1 Jedi, that is only 12,000 lightsabers over a few hundred thousand populated star systems. Based on what I can find, when the bearer of a lightsaber dies, either the crystal is taken out is used in a new lightsaber when it decides to call out to a Jedi from storage or it is consigned to the same fate as its deceased bearer, which with modern Jedi on coruscant was cremation(which of these two happened is unclear as it is not covered explicitly in canon, simply the most likely possibilities given the information that is in canon). Taking all this into account, there could not have been more than 16,000 functional sabers at the time of the Phantom Menace, and that was before the Clone wars and the great saber burning after order 66.

What if they did a Take it or Leave it reprise where they have the mod that allows them to pick multiple cards, but they get to pick 2? You can pick something you know you like and then play a risky gamble with your other pick, but the only problem I see would be the number of cards to choose from
