My husband and I read through all of them at the end of the night and then wrote our letters to him. We read them to each other and balled 😭 we plan on doing it every year!

At our daughters first birthday we asked all the older relatives to write her a 16th birthday message. Something that would encourage her or just say how much you love her. We saved them and it was so emotional when she got them at 16 because several relatives had passed away in those 16 years.

Have you tried children’s music? I found my children preferred that. I used Veggie Tales a lot and other praise and worship children’s music(Veggie Tales is on KZbin if you want for her to become familiar with the characters. When My Daughter Was Born I Began the Tradition of Every Christmas Eve she Got (2) Presents....Christmas Jammies (To Wear for Santa) and a Christmas Ornament that Was Reflective of The Year (This Year My Daughter Got Married and I Still Do This Tradition).
