As a spurs fan I can easily see that the kings defense was based on the scouting report before our last game. Wemby started the season shooting awful from 3 and when catching the ball near the FT line every team especially the rockets ran a guard at his blindside to force a TO because a guard can literally be under his dribble. It's just ever since the news story about people questioning Wemby shooting 3s came out he's been on fire from 3. It was surreal seeing trey, derozan and mcbuckets all on the court though, spurs legends whos' defense helped us land Wemby.

Spurs fan here and I feel your pain. The Spurs have shown some flashes of perimeter defense this season so far, but I feel like overall we get cooked by teams from the perimeter. Also, Wemby looks to pass when he gets the ball down low even when it is a mismatch and he looks to shoot when he gets the ball downtown...that is weird. How is the Kings bench this year? Was looking like they struggled against the Spurs second string a bit.

As a spurs fan, we had the previous day to rest while SAC went to OT. They said the team got to their hotel at 2am. You can tell by those bags under Sabonis' eyes.

wemby is definetly not the type of dude to take that many shots to score 100, to score even 60 you have to 1) play lot of minutes 2) not get tired... right now if wemby plays more than 8 minutes streight he gets GASSED and stops moving at all, meaning that even if a situation happens where he Is the only big and should play like 40+ Min he still ain't gon do It (and got to be a bit selfish too)... hoping that he can get there tho

@leonardo_mrll No but the issue isn't that it's that all of our shooters have magically forgotten how to shoot. Keegan is at 29!% same guy who broke the rookie record for threes in a season. Trey Lyles is AWFUL from 3 this season, Malik monk has had a poor start. The only person that has had a good start from 3 is Huerter. The Kings have shooters they just all bricking for 11 games straight. Fox shot over 36% he's like 28% right now...
