It would probably help to hire someone to do the rote work: buttering the boards, engraving and packaging them, doing the UPS deliveries, etc. Your strength is in the sales, stick with your strength. Same with Davis on making the boards. Yall have the process down pat, have someone else do the grunt work.
@jennieanddavis2 жыл бұрын
Agreed! The hiring definitely won't stop at just the sales team :)
@ApteryxRex2 жыл бұрын
Sales and fulfillment need to go hand in hand really - can't have a KA fulfillment team getting ahead of orders and can't have a sales team overwhelm fulfillment. Building a stream of work ahead of fulfillment is better as time frames can be managed up front at point of sale. Fulfillment can be managed outside of normal work hours too, with owner operators of small business picking up work remaining from a small fulfillment team. Playing to your strengths is sage advice, for both Jennie and Davis this will evolve into Product design & management, Sales & relationship management. What is awesome is that the hiring of a team shows that the business has grown and having growing pains.
