South Africa is a poor country, with many people living in extreme poverty and hardship. The poor are becoming poorer, and we are being oppressed-there simply aren’t any jobs left for the unemployed. That’s why I feel it’s very unfair how the Zamas are being targeted lately. What they do is extremely hard and dangerous work, and they do it to provide for their families, not to get rich. They are people just like you and me. I know a few Zamas personally, and they have good hearts; they are always willing to help others who are also struggling. South Africa, please don’t be so harsh on the Zamas... Let them have that little bit of sunshine in South Africa. I pray for the Zamas, that God will protect them 🙏🏻.

Something are not said and spoken about more especially about the previous mining companies that used to mine there, due to closure of the mine the Land Act and Mineral and petroleum resources development act that primary gives the guidance about rehabilitation of mine are not followed, and by laws those have the obligations to rehabilitate those land to origin that it was before was mined

Fanagalo was the only language to communicate between afrikaans, english and many black people also speaking their different languages. On KZbin there is very interesting information including songs of an era gone by. Fanagalo made ALL the mining people UNITED. Underground is very dangerous and we all (irrespective of who you are) kept DANGER away from each other as far as humanly possible. Believe it or not, me and my team were like brothers. I have fond memories working together. . .

@ please note that I’m not trying to be nasty, you sound like a good person. This is what I have never been able to understand about this way of speaking. Isifanakalo is 98% Zulu. If you already know all these Zulu words, why not just add the suffixes and stop desecrating the language? It has always been very jarring to hear the language spoken in this way, to us Zulu speakers. Always hated it when someone spoke like that to us. I am aM from KwaZulu, so… I don’t think I have ever heard isifanakalo written down.
