find a cheap condo to buy in davao. most developer allow installment payment. the title will be under your name. have it rented to earn money. then find a cheaper house in samal to rent for the whole family. then ask mama olga to apply for a special retiree resident visa so she can live here as much as she want.

9:57 Senior Citizens are prioritized in the Philippines, so Mama Olga can use the priority lane in government offices. Just ask any personnel in that office about the senior citizen's lane. Keep it up, and good luck.

@@Jimmithy-u4m I beg to disagree with you. Priority lanes are non-discriminatory in the Philippines and protected under RA-9994, the Expanded Senior Citizen's Act of 2010. There are even times when they can avail discounts, especially if they have a senior citizen ID from their country. But the ones who can definitely avail discounts are foreigners who are senior citizens who have been living in the Philippines for a long time.

Maybe they have the Special Investor’s Resident Visa (SIRV) May resort business cla the russian village. That is most likely the case. And all their kids nationality is filipino. Dto pinanganak lahat. Favorable sa knila to obtain some type of visas to stay longer here.

Maybe they applied for renewal too late...you normally do it a month earlier so you have time. Another might be the passport will expire within a year. For international travel make sure your passport is valid for at least a year to prevent hassles in renewal of visas. Just my opinion as I have travelled to many foreign countries.

I think it is more favorable for your Mother to apply for an SRRV(Special Resident Retiree's Visa) her stay would be indefinite and multipe entry/exit privileges my husband got his 15 yrs ago so no hassle he only renew his SRRV every 3 yrs for 10 dollar at the PRA located at Magsaysay st. Davao city no queu few minutes and it is done.
