Haha Senna is right xd its actually so cringe for challenger players to duo smurf queue in ranked. same dudes complain about account buyers in their own rank are the ones buying accounts in lower ranks, ruining their games the exact same way

Except they don't make new accounts, they buy botted level 30 accounts, which had ruined the blind pick games they were in by being botted. Not only this, but they also lost a ton of games which means instead of having high invisible MMR when queueing, they have low MMR which means even after winning a ton of games the anti chinese boosting mechanism keeps them in high emerald, low diamond. The whole unranked to challenger shit is stupid anyways, they are already challenge, duh doy they will make it back to challenger. Its just a content farm at the expense of everyone in their games.

It is correct that smurfing takes away the fun for other players, but think about how many Challenger players there are in comparison to for example Emerald players. If every Challenger streamer would be smurfing in Emerald, it would still affect a minority of the games. Currently in EUW 12% of all players are Emerald, 0.018 are Challenger, that is less than 1/600, that INCLUDES every non-streamer. I myself have been playing ranked for a few seasons now, currently sitting in low masters and I have once in my life encoutered a smurfing streamer in all of my games, maybe that's just my luck though. To be clear, I don't encourage players ruining games for other players, but in the case of an "Unranked to Challengers"-series, chances are the players will climb through lower elos quite fast, keeping the affected games at a minimum. The fact that Riot themselves haven't officially said anything against smurfing (at least not that I am aware of) is a completely different discussion, since a lot of their profit probably comes form streamers buying cosmetics as well as promoting their game.

They really need to bring back smurf queue. Have them be in their little hell until lower winrate. It's just annoying. I live for the 1/50 games where there's actually just people around my elo and no team has any new accounts.

@@soccerdogboy8946 Yes. I admit I complained about it a bit because every time I was climbing up and winning too much in a row a flip would be switched. But a few in a while games like that vs 90+% of the games (in emerald). Yes please for the love of God give me back smurf queue
