Advice from a father of two kids under two who is also working on his golf game: Make sure your wife gets just as much time to herself as you do. Planning on playing 18 holes on Saturday? Make sure your wife gets 4 hours to herself throughout the week in preparation. Newborns are also potatoes, so they're mobile. When the weather is in the low 70s, pack a diaper bag and some milk with a battery powered bottle warmer and take them with you! This will likely require you skipping a hole to feed your baby, but 17 holes is better than no holes!

I'm a triple-girl dad (5 and under). All the best, stay in-it-to-win it. My only advice is to find a way for you and your wife to get enough rest, even if it's separate rooms for awhile, or you will get destroyed like I did, lol. We got so tired we could not even think of obvious solutions, haha. Golf will make you a better dad as it's a stress outlet, as long as it doesn't dominate your life, ur good. I love golf! FYI, hole #5 is actually hole #19 .. it is an "extra" hole that used to be used when #8 gets too wet and turns into a mud-bath. It is currently being used while they rebuild #8 par 4. So, currently Champions Run is playing as a par 71 while that short "extra" par 3 hole is in use. The actual hole #5 is the par 4 hole they played after that "extra" par 3.

Dad of 4. 14 years of military service. Showed me that always cherish the time you get to spend with your little ones. Take them with you whereever it is safe to go. Teach em to try everything that they find fun and do it with them. I have 2 girls... I know how to braid and look great in a full face of makeup. Soon as they are able get her some clubs and try to make it a family thing.

Buddy, I had to quit golf for 15 years while my kids grew up. My oldest is 24 now tho, and we play every chance we get. A wise person once said, "You can have it all in life. Just not at the same time.." GL on that dad thing, i did it 3 times. Best thing I've done is have a daughter tho.:)
