Cool I go to Pismo all the time with my four wheelers and I will be having my first experience with my Razor and Pismo on July 21st and 22nd I will be out there

We are supposed to be there on the 28 but they are sold out and we didn't reserve our spot ahead of time. You should really enjoy the RZR, they are a blast.

What size tubing did you use to put inside the stock cage tubing?
@DandiOffroad4 жыл бұрын
Honestly we're not exactly sure what size it was. We just happen to have some scrap in the garage that fit, Id hate to give you a number and have it be wrong. Are you thinking of cutting your cage?
@jeremylujan54384 жыл бұрын
Just bought the exact same rzr and wanted to chop the cage. Do you have any measurements as to where you cut the cage etc.? Any info is greatly appreciated.
@DandiOffroad4 жыл бұрын
We cut 3 inches from this cage. Dont have exact measurements but you can get an idea of where to cut from the video. I know we ended up cutting the factory belt mounts out. Just cut the same amount out of both the rear as the b pillars

What was the purpose of this?

He wanted a lower profile for his cage, the stock RZR cage sits pretty high. We did the same saying to our 1000 RZR.

Death trap! Build your cage out of at least 0.95 Wall.... don't waste your time chopping it up the factory cages week!

How much pulling and tweaking on the cage is required. Seriously thinking about doing this any help would be appreciated.
@DandiOffroad4 жыл бұрын
It takes quite a bit of tugging on it. You need some good strong ratchet straps.
@rowdyfellasmotorsports63194 жыл бұрын
@@DandiOffroad cool thanks, going to do it this weekend.

Did you just eliminate the 2 inside poles or take them off till it is painted? I don't see them on the bike when you are loading it up.
