There could be so many factors that could contribute, but I’d highly encourage you to maybe seek your own therapist to discuss this? Therapy shopping is exhausting and can be discouraging..but be picky in what you’re looking for and find someone who can meet you where you currently are at - emotionally & mentally ♥️

Yeah, for me it's between that and the sweaters on hangers. The towels, because I worked in a B&B, and folding them to hang up takes up less space than how they were folded here. The sweaters, because my Mother is a tailor, and I worked at a cleaners, and the shoulders get all wrecked from being hung like that.

Eryn is thriving with you! And A+ on teaching skincare to her - yes, you can get too much stuff, but the fact that she's doing it as a teenager will show 30-40 years down the road. I had a woman tell me when I was 24, "I don't care what you do, you need to be using a moisturizer." I started super simple, but I always wore moisturizer and I think it's made a difference now that I'm almost 60.
