Stunning! I've been walking up to Kosciuszko since the early eighties... since well before the elevated path and it's always gorgeous out of tourist season! Another good approach is walking from Dead Horse Gap or cycling from Charlotte Pass to Rawson's hut then walking the last km. Once swam in Lake Kootapatamba (seen in the distance in your video) during January, but only once as it is fed by melting snow... I know you then did the Barry Way but riding the Alpine Way down to Cabramurra, Corryong and beyond is magnificent too.

Completely agree the mountains are spectacular! We'll definitely be exploring there more down the track, the place is so vast. Not sure we'll try swimming in the lake though lol 🥶 Cheers!

Hey Mark no worries, you'll have a blast on your next adventure! Look forward to seeing the vids you put together. And don't worry if it feels like you're winging it with the filming, that's how we felt the whole trip! Lol. Cheers mate.

Hey guys we just finished watching all last 12 episodes in a row. So, climbing Kosi was Feb 2022.. where are you now ?. Have you updated to EFI bikes yet? And Tina have you learned to pronounce Tumut as "chew mit" ... lol😂😂

Hey guys great to have you along for the ride! We're back home atm working our way through all the footage from the lap. We would never think of changing to different motorbikes! Arnie and Franco are part of the family 🙂 And that's the first we've heard it's pronounced "chew mit" lol, would never have guessed from the spelling. Cheers.

It appears that your chain may need adjusting. It seems to be sagging a bit. That may fix the problem you are experiencing. Of course, keep it lubed.

Thanks Peter, I tried adjusting it a few weeks earlier but found it has some tight and loose spots so we might have left it too long without lubing properly. It's also possible I didn't adjust it properly lol
