A quick way to make a classic grilled cheese. 1. Melt butter into a bowl. 2. Place a slice of bread into the butter allow the bread to soak up the butter on one side. 3. Place butter side down onto a med temp pan. Immediately add a slice of Gouda and Havarti (works best if cheese was taken out of the fridge a few mins before cooking so it is not super cold) on the slice in pan. Repeat step 2 with a second slice of bread and put butter side face up on top of cheese. Put a lid on top of of the pan let cook for 2 mins or until bread is golden brown and cheese is starting to melt. Flip and cook other side til golden and cheese is melted. Serve with Tomato Soup or Butternut Squash Soup If you want to fancy it up a bit try adding basil, tomato, and a tiny bit of balsamic vinegar. Ham or Pork Jowl (like bacon only 10x better imo) can also be added

Garlic grilled cheese Melt butter in microwave add one small crushed garlic clove (any more becomes too much for me) and some cilantro and coat one side of the bread with it. Add cheese of your choice into the middle of the sandwich (I prefer a mix of mozzarella and cheddar) and grill till the leaked cheese on the sides crisps up. Best thing ever!!! Thank me later

I love how the group interacted with each other. Very brutally honest but funny! I'm adventurous when it comes to trying new culinary delights. I was able to watch a video years ago of a woman who put Grated Parmesan Cheese on top of her Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. I tried it and having a crunchy Parmesan Cheese on top of my sandwiches has become my regular thing. I love the gooeyness of the melted cheese inside the sandwiches but I love the crunchiness outside! Well done Cheese Grillers!
