Best basic cake recipe: butter -- 200 grams flour -- 200 grams sugar -- 200 grams eggs -- 4 VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: first combine the sugar and butter till smooth, THAN combine the eggs one at a time Then you add the flour BUT ALWAYS do this part by hand. You never want to overwork your flour NEVERR If you want more batter you just up it :) And you can add everything you want. So for instance: lemon zest and lemon juice for a lemon cake rasberries, blueberries etc for a fruity cake etc
