Para aquellos que no puedan activar la huella, deben asegurarse que su Windows esté actualizado correctamente. 😊 Luego reiniciar el equipo, después ingresar al Administrador de dispositivo y asegurarse que tenga la opción de "Dispositivos biométricos", te debe desglosar una opción de "Synaptics FP Sensors (WBF)" asegurarse de que en la ventana que abra mencione en el *Estado de Dispositivo*: Este dispositivo funciona correctamente. Después de ello, ir a opciones de inicio de sesión y la opción de Huella digital estará habilitada, le dan click en *Configurar* y pasan su dedo por el sensor de huella (en HP EliteBook 840 7th Gen) es el rectángulo muy fino en la parte inferior del teclado.
