Funny thing about cease and desist orders and non disclosure acts, when the side that placed the non disclosure act commits a crime against the person they acted upon, the act is null and void due to alleged crime, Just saying. Their product is a crime against humanity in my opinion. As far as I know, they can't silence that , but they can try. Fair use is a law put in place in 1976- the logo was parody right? Obviously.
