Hyderabadi Non-vegetarian dishes are second only to Kashmiri Wazwaan in taste. Predominance of Beef in the latter is what makes the difference.

hyderabadi cuisine is the best in the world...kashmiri wazwan is not better. Not just hyd biryani but there r many dishes that r uniquely hyderabadi n are best in the world. haleem,achari murg,chicken65,kadfu ki kheer,khagina,pasinde ka salan, bara khana n kaddu dalcha,qubani meetha,etc etc...

@@ahmedmasqati89 You've every right to not agree with my personal opinion. Why i rate Kashmiri wazwan higher? 1. Variety of dishes...sometimes 50+. 2. Can be prepared from both Beef and Mutton. 3. More affordable. 4. Rice and nothing else. 5. Easier to make. 6. No secrets. 7. All-season. While I was specifically comparing non-veg cuisine within India, you over-stretched it by the absurd claim of making hyderabadi cuisine thr best in the world. Across the world, I wouldn't rank it even in the top ten. Sorry!
