Residents of Gardenia Glory in Noida Sector 46 are struggling to get their flats registered with the Noida Authority. "Despite handing over the flats to homebuyers. There are dues on the builder's part, around Rs 650 crore. And the builder is not paying for this land due to the Noida Authority. This is why, not a single registry has been executed to date," said Kailash Pandey, a homebuyer at Gardenia Glory.

I was planning to buy apartment in Noida and was surprised that rarely any builders agreed to register the apartment. I simply changed the plan and bought apartment in another metro city - no registry means you would be exploited each and everyday. Only god know why people accept the apartment without registration 😢

Problem is that people go blind with the lucrative promises made by marketing team and don’t do due diligence before investing an amount. Later they blames Government.
