Conquer the Vedder is a multisport race in Chilliwack, BC. We headed out for the inaugural event in May, 2022 which featured a solo race on the Saturday and a relay on the Sunday.

I was training for two races that I just ran over the last 3 weeks (Meet the Minotaur & Knee Knacker), but unfortunately I had a setback due to injury and instead of 'racing' my events I simply got through them and tried to enjoy it as much as I could. Hoping to start ramping up again through the summer now though.

Are competitors grouped by type of board and bicycle? It seems unfair to race against those streamlined boards, practically canoes. Road/gravel vs MTB also seems unfair.
