You apply a texture first (just google a guide) then apply a crew color. The overall color is layered (1 texture, 2 color, 3 pearl) and certain colors have different textures. I'm not sure what the hex code for that red is, but it looks like they applied polished gold before the crew color to me, hella said epsilon.

There was a yellow and black one, well carbon fiber that is, I painted mine and tried to make it as similar to Tf5 bumblebee as I could by making it that orangey yellow and putting the carbon hood and roof
