About your any car tuner spec question, it would be either an r32 in th1 blue with all Miami spec parts, a nismo r1 or r2 engine, nismo shocks the wheels from the Nissan GT-R r33 400r, nismo interior parts, it would make around 600 hp at the crank at a normal boost setting but about 900-1000 on a different setting comfortably. It still would be a twin turbo of course. Either a nismo or one of the very very rare hks exhausts. It would be like a original part tuner spec car. I know it would he ungodly expensive though. The other one I would consider would be a Honda Insight stiripped down to a basic carbon interior with mostly carbon parts on the outside Paris up to a mid mounted 1500 hp 20b that would be connected to a switchable awd system. Inboard suspension, the whole deal. I would like for it to weigh 1600 pounds but idk, I think 1700-1800 would be more realistic. It would be crazy

Depending on ur question for the unlimited budget tuner spec car, if it's about real life I would make either a bosozoku or a low (probably stanced) street Nissan leapord F31

Id have to go with a 1980 Datsun Fairlady Z with a nice semi-matte dark red paint job, I'd have to have the fender mirrors because they are absolutely beautiful with them, and then I'd have to go with the BBS rims we have in GTA

My ultimate tuner buld would be a Nissan skyline r32 GTR in dark blue with BBS LM Brilliant Silver wheels and a spoiler like the "carbon flap spoiler" on the elegy retro custom.
