Thank you for the video. I got a question waiting for your paperwork being review the 3 1/2 hours. Can you leave the boat or do you have to stay on the boat and why does it take so long wonder looking for?

You are required to be present, remember one of the things you are doing is meeting with the customs and border control to have your passport stamped, secondly you need to pay the import fee with a banker (same building different window) - the reason for the long wait is simply because you will be queuing up 3 different times and most likely have people in front of you every time. Most of the time there is actually waiting for your turn
