My biggest problem is the focus on LeBron and not the looney tunes. Its a LeBron movie with the toons as side characters. Its definitely possible to make a movie about the looney tunes and have a great story with a nice balance of story and character with slap stick humor. Wakkos Wish is a greate example. Isn't the Rotten Tomatoes % still based on the number of people who liked it vs the people who didn't? If it's at 30-something %, it doesn't mean that's what the average rating is. It's just that 60+% of the reviewers didn't quite like it -- doesn't mean they all thought it was trash. That said, to me the movie as a whole kinda stunk. It's just a writing thing, a lot of it was sloppy. Yes, the expectations aren't as high because hey, it's a Space Jam movie... but like, after 25 years and the quality of writing that lots of kids movies have the past decade or so, you CAN expect more. Legit the only thing I truly liked and enjoyed was the montage of finding the Tune Squad around on DC, Mad Max, etc. If there was more of that stuff, I think it'd be a pretty fire movie, lol.

Basically like they said the Good squad’s appearances represent who they are in real like: Klay Thompson as Wet-Fire because he’s one of the “Splash” brothers for GS Anthony Davis as the Brow almost similar to Crow and for Obviois reasons for the Unibrow lol Damian Lillard as Dame Time (or Chronos) for his speed Diana Taurasi as White Mamba given her nickname by the Late Great Kobe Bryant (Black Mamba) Nneka Ogwumike as Arachnneka for her handles (i think) And i loved all the real life games references and the one with Granny having a martini at halftime was pay homage to Ron Artest because he was said to be drinking alcohol during halftime of games lol. If you're cool with strong fan service, this movie is genuinely fine. My main complaint, and I get that it's space jam, is the basketball makes absolutely no sense, even as a cartoon lmfao. At least the first movie kept it mostly basketball with a few cartoon aspects. They went crackhead mode on this one and it was hardly recognizable what they were supposed to be playing was even basketball 😂

Glad to see other people that actually enjoyed the movie! I swear those critics and haters have so much stuff jammed up their butts that they forgot to let go and have fun! While I personally prefer the first movie, I am glad that I watched this movie and will continue to enjoy it. Continue having fun guys!
