Shin Udon is also my favourite Udon restaurant in Tokyo. You need to try the carbonara version with the bacon tempura if you haven't. Also glad to see you guys travelling again :D

ive been to that udon place back in 2019. i think mike chen recommended it. it's really good! If you are still there, there's this other udon place in tokyo that serves only curry udon, with a cream potato mousse on top of it. its so good

One thing I would love to experience in Japan is the never-ending bowl of noodles. They keep serving and serving until you decide you've had enough but the only way to stop them serving you is to turn your bowl upside down, I believe?

Visit Hotel Gajeon Tokyo next time! I think you both would love it! There is stunning interior décor that inspired spirited away, delicious restaurants within the hotel, green tea ceremony, hotel tours and the rooms are pure luxury. Many Japanese people go there for their wedding and take wedding photos there (wink wink Chonny). I think pricing is around $370-1k (USD)/night but totally worth it. Would love to see you guys do a vlog there, one of my favorite places in Japan!
