Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Sift 500 g of wheat flour through a sieve.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
2 teaspoons of salt.
10 g dry yeast.
Mix well and make a well in the flour.
500 ml of warm water.
Stir until smooth.
Add 2 tablespoons of flaxseed.
30 ml of vegetable oil.
Add another 200 g of wheat flour.
Lubricate the table with vegetable oil.
Knead the dough until it is smooth.
Lubricate the bowl with oil.
Cover and leave in a warm place for ⏰ 45 minutes.
The dough rose well. Like a cloud 🍚.
Release accumulated gases.
Roll into one large ball.
Divide into 2 parts.
Roll them into a ball.
Cover and set aside for ⏰ 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough as shown in the video.
Roll into tubes.
Fasten the edges.
Grease the baking molds with oil.
Form bread from the second piece of dough.
Fasten the edges.
Cover and set aside for ⏰ 20 minutes.
Lubricate the surface with water.
Bake in a preheated oven to 180°C/356°F ⏰ 30-35 minutes.
