People admire it lazily because it's LCD Soundsystem but what is this cover version improving musically over the original? Not much. Like "Seconds", this is a mere carbon copy demonstration - only on "Seconds" Murphy sings to a much greater effect... Here the lead vocals (Nancy Whang, I believe?) ruin the premise, rather than give it something "extra"... Its powerful message aside but LCD deliver it here, sounding more like a piss take.
