So I searched it up and apparently Kokoro was bullied at her previous school. When she moved to Akademi she acted and dressed like the bullies to avoid being harassed by them. She bullied other people as a form of protection but hated that she was doing it. When all the other bullies are gone, she stops the facade since kokoro no longer needs to fear them.

The reason why only that one bully changes is because she never wanted to be a bully to begin with. She used to be heavily bullied in her last school, so when came to the new school, she began to hang out with the bullies so she wouldn't become a target. She actually hates what she is doing and hates herself for it, but the fear of becoming a target again is much greater than the shame she feels. Hence why eliminating the bullies makes her change, she goes back to being herself.

At the end when you finally eliminated the bullies (except the one who changes her look), you said something around the lines of “I guess she didn’t even like her friends so now they’re dead she dyed her hair and changed everything about herself”, I don’t think she dyed her hair brown I think that she actually dyed her hair blonde and pink to fit in with the other bullies, who knows maybe she was bullied in the past by them and changed her look to be their friend and that’s why she didn’t like bullying other people🤷‍♀️.
