Hi there Moxley ! I looked up,the place where you are doing an explore. Apparently a " member of the public near the Deanwater Hotel saw a small car in a ball of flames. The fire brigade came and sadly discovered a man had been consumed in the fie too.🙏🥀 That was on the 20th August, 2013.

Another great night and fab exploring. A gorgeous place, I'd say that hotel was doing well and has so much good stuff left behind. Definatly has some paranormal, I heard the womans voice at the start and the 'hello' too. Funny how your own reflection can spook us all. Great activity down the basement too. Wow this was an excellent episode! Fantastic building! Was it an entire Tudor building? Big mystery why the business suddenly shut down with so much expensive equipment left inside. Did you ever find out what happened? Laura and Mildred were wonderful too!

Great explore Mox of this fascinating place. Spirit Talker said someone was stationed there, so could have been a convalescent place for the military. Its got history by the sound of it. That females voice near the beginnng was very clear. Had to laugh when you went chasing yourself. Thanks Mox. Looking forward to Saturdays video. Xxxx just read its near Woodford an aerodrome. Its closed now. Hence the stationed here remark! Was used during the Second World War xx

Hi Mox I’m not far from the Deanwater Hotel. Me and my husband stayed there in 1999 and went again years after to the restaurant. I can’t believe it’s closed down (not bin past there for a long time). It’s strange to see how it’s in such a state!

It’s unbelievable how many houses are a abandoned with so many people living on the streets. I am sure that if they were cleaned and have priests to bless the houses and help the lost souls to find their way to the light and their after life they could solve the problem of homelessness. They could even prepare meals for the residents who would be put at work and pay their stay. I find it very sad to have big and beautiful homes abandoned, very sad indeed.

no no no, homeless would destroy and disrespect it. drugs. who would pay the utilities and upkeep?? you? that’s why there’s homeless people in the first place. IT COSTS TO LIVE IN SAFE SHELTER. people with jobs have enough hard time eating and paying to live in a home and have a car to get to a job that we’re nearing homelessness ourselves! i agree the building should be restored and made useful but money is probably the reason it’s abandoned in the first place. i promise you id buy something like that if i could! but like me, most people can’t do that, so sits as it is.
