Throughout the entire video there were similar things peaking and watching them. Also bells are spiritual in lots of cultures especially in Japan due to shrines using them for rituals, announcements and warnings. The bell ringing could've been someone trying to warn them.

In my opinion this is one of the scariest videos they've ever done since most of us noticed some creepy stuff. When Mully opened the bathroom door and it closed with force (42:32), at 42:51 if you pause and look down the hallway behind Eddie and Juicy where they ran away, you can see a black figure standing (probably was in the bathroom and came out). Also before that, at 33:00 you can see it in a room next to Juicy which means that thing was following them the whole time, and probably caused all the sounds as well.

Not sure if you guys noticed but there was two points in the video where there were humanoid shaped shadows viewed from the cameraman. One was after Juicy ran from the door that slammed shut in front of him, and the other where the bathroom door slammed closed after attempting to find Hanako-San where the cameraman pans back at the hallway you all ran from and another humanoid shaped shadow appeared again by the time you all reached the downstairs.
