Earnly Concourse was a Leisure and activities centre that was later turned into a wedding venue,
A fire broke out in 2019 and parts of the Massive site were completely gutted!
Luckily most of the Huge rooms and halls were left intact, leaving a cool contrast between the two.

The word "Searched" on each door would probably be by the firemen checking to make sure no-one was in each room or rescue them if they were. I stayed and studied at this place very many times when it was an activity/learning place for adults - weekend/short courses. It was an amazing place, and I still miss it terribly. A huge (& puzzling) loss to its many customers. The pool was fantastic & I often had it to myself. The food, the grounds and the wide range of courses available were all brilliant. It was so friendly too, like a 2nd home. Could hardly bear to watch this video showing all the deterioration of such a wonderful place, but as always with you guys, a great explore, thank you.

Hey Alex, how's things mate, I'm a recent subscriber, and have been catching up with your videos over the last week or two. Ed's class, he's a wealth of knowledge on basically everything you find, whether it's old farming equipment, tools, weaponry, etc etc, or anything else that you find in boxes, cabinets, around old fireplaces or suit case's etc. Ed definitely makes the show, with his humour and you both have a good friendship I can see that. He's either wondering whether there's any barn owls in the new location, or whether the location is full of mice lol, and those huge spiders. The one you and Ed did back last summer is my favourite, that place you went where those long buildings looked like deserted grow tunnel buildings where you found the spy equipment, shotgun belt and boxes of cartridges and Eddie found that pistol case that turned out to be empty. Absolutely class mate. All the best from south Wales. Up the British lads......

Hi grapes, welcome along 🤛 Yeah Ed gets really excited too which is contagious and if there's a cupboard to rummage through then Ed's your man, he gets stuck in, which I love 🥰 Alex is great, very down to earth and can be quite funny, as when he was told to leave a property by security, he asked the bloke with a straight face, for proof that he was a security guard 😄😄 classic ! Enjoy your binge watching as you catch up 👍😊

Brilliant explore Alex - shame about the fire damage and all the rain pouring through the classroom - but you still managed to see a lot. The pool did look really nice and the whole place must have been a great place to visit back in its day. Three highlights: Eddie meeting a fox 🦊 Alex being Spider-Man 😳 and Ned ripping his jeans 😂 Great video 👍👍

I followed a clue I found in your video and discovered this was an adult education centre that was part of a boarding school. It closed due to economic difficulties in 2011 with the loss of 41 jobs.

Hi Alex. That was interesting. The random filing cabinet out in the open air complete with files. The exercise bike just in an empty room and still operational. I don't understand why the owners of these defunct buildings never sell off all the fittings and furniture etc. It could have been used by so many people. Even give it away if you can't sell it. Ed is a funny bugger. I always get a laugh when the three of you are on an explore.

Used to walk along that road. The place was in a state back then. Looks like a few more fire's have been through the place.
