I am from Honnavara. Sir also visit Ecobeach, Apsarakonda and kandla walk in Honnavara. I request all to, don't throw plastic and other wastes in our beautifull places. Please use dustbins.

Eco Beach is not worth visiting as its just a beach. Instead Sharavathi Mangrove Walkway opposite Eco Beach is just so beautiful.

Im from Udupi, i never knew Udupi has such amazing place. And went to back waters( Rajiv Gandhi tenure to prevent erosin of soil they planted mangrove plants on barren land today become shelter to endless species and preserved local fauna) are breathtaking. This is the beauty of Uttara Kannada district in Karnataka. This district is blessed with picturesque western ghats, ample waterfalls, and tranquil beaches. It has many beautiful temples and towns like Sirsi, Kumta and Gokarna. Mahabaleshwar temple in Gokarna is where Ravana dropped Shiva’s Atmalinga after being tricked by Ganesha. When Ravana got engaged he broke the grounded Atmalinga into pieces and flung it around which became Dhareshwar, Sajjeshwar, and Gunavantheswar. I’m proud to be born in Honnavara.
