It’s been a rollercoaster couple of seasons for football fans in East Anglia.
After establishing themselves as a true yo-yo club, being promoted and relegated in four consecutive seasons under Daniel Farke, Norwich City have spent the past two seasons in the Championship, Farke failing to win a third promotion and his successors unable to change the fortunes of the club.
Meanwhile, just down the A14, Norwich’s Old Farm rivals Ipswich Town shot from League One to the Premier League in back to back seasons under young upstart Kieran McKenna.
Now, after replacing longtime sporting director Stuart Webber with Ben Knapper, and giving one season wonder David Wagner the heave-ho in favour of the assured and exciting dane Johannes Thorup, it appears Norwich are hoping that drinking from the fountain of youth can lead them back to the promised land of Premier League football.

Hi! I used your latest sliders (for more realistic gameplay and for slower gameplay overall) but i have a problem with the general speed of the game, like the players are flying into challenges the passing speed is like million and the ball bouncing everywhere and still having scorelines like 4-3 any tips?

The game is too fast by default and there isn’t really anything you can do about it. You can play on slow speed but that creates other issues. Are you using manual controls or assisted?

Ah amazing, thank you so much! Playing full manual is quite a commitment because it does take a lot of practise but I’ve been playing that way for years now and would never go back. It slows the game down, makes it more realistic, and makes it way more rewarding when you score a great goal because you actually have to work for it.

I have a question, I don't hire coaches to prevent unrealistic growth but I have noticed that all the potential of my players drop bij 2-3 ratings per season. Does anyone have some tips/solutions on how to prevent/fix it?

Maybe just hire 1 star coaches?

@@LAMBZYSPORTStried it even with 3 star and 2 coaches it still drops. My meslier kept 22 CS in 46 games, potential dropped by 2 and my piroe scored 21 goals and 8 assits in 39 games and also got a drop by 2.

How do you know his potential dropped by two? Where are you seeing that? I just hire coaches with a star rating equal to that of the club. I personally don’t think the growth is that unrealistic unless you absolutely dominate so I’ve never had an issue with doing it this way.

@@LAMBZYSPORTS I know it bc I also use buzzko’s spreadsheet so I know al the potentials. Therefore I noticed in my second season alot of players peaked/reached their potentials, but normally according to Sofia should’ve atleast 2-3 more ratings to grow. I will have a look and see if it helps with better coaches.
