Those kinds of exhaust remind me of the old Alphabets (Cycle Shack) and Dick Allen two-into-one systems. I can only imagine how much work it took for Dick Allen make his exhaust. Take your time, John and Craig, you'll sort out that exhaust. Once, it took me two weeks to fab up a two-into-one system. Yep, getting everything to line up properly is the biggest hurtle. Hey -- for all the hard work you put into that exhaust, it turned out great. Thanks again, for the video. Good luck. Best -- W

Need some advice. I have an 84e ironhead Sporty. Should I hardtail it with my harborfreight 110 welder or buy a frame that also has 4 up and 4 out with 40° rake. Planning on the longest springer TC bros makes for it either way. What is your opinion?

PS wiring was put together with wire nuts and solid core house wiring on the ground. All has since been removed but I only paid $500 for the bike.

Definitely buy a frame don’t weld your hardtail with a 110 welder from harbor freight

Paughco makes some great rigid frames for Sportsters. Yeah, they're expensive but how can you place a price on your safety. Right? Moto Iron springers from TC Bros is a great way to go. The rear legs on those springers are solid steel billet. TC Bros also offers original-style H-D springers. I don't know which lengths they are offered. I think they only go four-over. They're in black powder finish, as far as I know. Good luck, man.
