Not knowing Spanish was no problem, love ,food ,laughter, old vibes and being humble got them through . I love that you are teaching them the Jamacian way of cooking and teaching them a new skill that could feed their whole village with little money. Cooking and food is a international gift of love. They will remember you. I love that you are not only cooking and teaching but also leaving them with gifts that they can use for a lifetime. Keep up the good work Colaz and team. My grand father, great aunt and many cousins migrated to Trinidad from Panama. Some worked on the Panama canal. Up to her death, my great aunt and cousin spoke perfect Spanish and a local dialect when they dis not want us to know what they were saying. This video was epic. Keep up the great work. 🎉

This is an interesting point when two cultures mesh sharing food together it seems as though the indigenous Panamanian enjoyed Colaz speciality dumplings with coconut milk, the one pot meal .. This youth Colaz is a natural born leader….Jamaican tourism board need to get him on the payroll and let him and his team promote and educate people of the remote areas in Jamaica..

You actually think Colaz will let the government tell him what to do and try to control how he do his thing this is not a political stunt it’s for the benefit of the people of the remote areas in Jamaica and to bring awareness to people who lives in Jamaica that don’t even know these places exist. Not asking them to pay him just Donate or point him in the direction to where the corporate sector can Donate an off road vehicle or assist him in some way..

Jamaicans on a whole are such warm, kind & thoughtful ppl.Hats off to the group. As a Jamaican living abroad i'm so proud to perpetuate those remarkable traits/ characteristics of the true Jamaicans.
