I also struggle with that sometimes! I'd recommend going super slow at first: in time you'll be able to identify what lyrics are associated with what movement on your right hand! If that makes any sense :'))

i used to struggle bout this back then lmao but my tips is u focus on learning the strumming pattern and the chords. make yourself comfortable with the ukulele and u can start by humming the song after u feel comfortable
