I used to watch these JP tourneys a lot since I didn't know a smidge about japanese until I'm kinda fluent. And I have to say that when you're able to pick up JP FGC's lingo, the commentary is super fire. I recommend this channel called じょにお and watch those MIKADO clips and have a good time.

If you guys want some frame data fun. In this version of the game, Testament EXE beast came out guarranteed on frame 2 of the move. Meaning, if you give them 2frames to do it, the beast appears and will trade with whatever you were doing ( because it doesn't go away on hit ) and Testament gets a full combo on you. It's super braindead lol.

@@itztlacoliuhqui No, the collective online resources we have now are better than they had then. Characters are more optimized in a lot of ways. Kliff is essentially a DLC character in this game that's only been in the game for a year with how optimized he's become. ABA too.

Arcades were basically a concentrated practice group. The tech was shared there, the ressources was the other guy on the cabinet. But it's true their level was crazy. To this day, 2013 AC and +R footage has stuff people still don't do now.
