We Finally Got It!! Starlink Internet for RV! Unboxing, Setup, Speedtest | Cheap Mount Modification

Hi guys, finally, the moment we've been waiting for is here! After 2 months of waiting, we finally got our Starlink for Our Rv. We have been struggling with our internet service in our RV, we ordered We Boost Signal Booster from Amazon, and it did help us to get a stronger signal, especially in the areas where there is less coverage of our network. We have Verizon Jet Pack that we only used for my husband's work and for my son's school. We also have unlimited service from T-Mobile and Verizon to use as a hot spot as well for our TV and other extra gadgets that require internet. Both internet providers that we have are not reliable. As soon as we heard about Starlink Internet for RVs, we decide to give it a try. Setting up and connecting to the internet was easy after downloading the Starlink App. Starlink is a Satellite Internet Service from Space X by Elon Musk. Starlink provides high-speed internet, ideal for customers that are traveling to places where internet connection is unreliable. It provides the ability to pause and un pause service at any time and is billed in one-month increments allowing users to flexible usage of the service. Starlink requires a clear view of the sky to get a faster connection. We paid $599 plus tax for the one-time hardware, and $135 for the monthly service. So far, we are satisfied with the high-speed internet that Starlink is providing us, except for those times that there is strong rain or storm. My husband modified the 'we boost' telescoping pole (it can go up to 25ft.) so the Starlink pole will fit into it. We put it on the back of our RV, high enough to be able to move away from trees that can block the Star link. We will make an update after two weeks of using Starlink for Rvs, so stay tuned guys! So how is Starlink doing? Would you buy again? How about the drain fitting doing? Should I buy the pole adapter off or Etsy or is the drain tube doing well? Also are you still taking the screw out of the pole to detach Starlink or have you decided on drilling a hole straight through the pole and inserting a hitch pin for easy removal? Thank you.

hi, we love it! bit pricey but my husband needs a fast internet as he is working remotely. the pole is included to the “we boost’ that i ordered in amazon. we got it before we purchased star link. my husband modify the pole to used for starlink. there is a small mounting bracket that screwed in the back of rv where the pole will be attached, so everytime we move, we just removed the pole, very easy. it was a easy modification on the pole that fits perfect for the starling

hi, that mount is included in ‘we boost’ that we have, together with the telescoping pole.. it came with some kind of adhesive, but my husband put screw to anchor it. thank you
