I have a Keychron Q6 keyboard that looks exactly like that - same color too. Except it has a volume knob. Purchased it two years ago, but they still make it - different colors though.

Not a real full size without dedicated media. Doesn't need to be nice wheel or knob, needs to be there. Play/pause, next/back, and volume+/- need to have dedicated input to be a "full" keyboard.
