Amandiva, i work for the Child Protective Service here in the USA. I also have a safe house for children of neglect, abuse, psychological behavior, and other cases i can't disclose. Both of those ladies need to go to jail. As harsh as it might sound, but also the birth father. Unless he/biological relatives is willing to take responsibility for the child. He has to show proof that he didnt know about the child's existence or if he intentionally abandoned the mother and child. In the mean time, get her to a safe house. If you're able to get temporary custody/guardianship for the beautiful precious baby girl then please do so, please. I only wished my organization were close. She would be provided with everything that she needs. Please keep us informed, and my organization is willing to assist, anyway possible.
