The thing with the cups in shuffle..they play the long game. If the CPU is going somewhere far from where they are meant to go, IT'S FOR A REASON. BE CAREFUL. Had a tails on normal go all the way across the map away from the stone, me and my brothers were like "the fuck he doing?" Only for him to go to a bounce pad that landed him EXACTLY where he needed to get to the stone far away behind a wall. They are all seeing

@JasLamArr91 Agreed. Here's what I'd like to see in a potential sequel to Sonic Shuffle: 1. The same gameplay. Shuffle did things differently from Mario Party to distinguish itself. The players draw cards to move across the board and battle enemies, and can move in any direction instead of being limited to a straight path with the occasional fork in the road. Mini-games happen when players land on event spaces, although board-specific ones happen at random. Rather than using currency to buy Stars, Sonic and his friends battle monsters to win the Precioustones. While Mario Party ends after a select number of turns, Shuffle ends when all seven Precioustones are collected, and the player who collects the most Precioustones wins. Also, each character in Shuffle has their own unique movement and battle abilities so they don't feel all the same like the Mario Party characters. 2. Improved AI. AI that's less likely to steal your best cards even when they already have the exact same kind. 3. New playable characters. These characters could include Shadow, Rouge, Cream, Blaze, and Silver. Like the characters in Shuffle, they could have their own unique movement and battle abilities. For example, Shadow could have Chaos Control as his unique movement ability and Chaos Blast as his unique battle ability. 4. Elements more in line with the Sonic franchise. While the gameplay could remain the same, it could have elements from the Sonic franchise that fans are more familiar with. The enemies could be Dr. Eggman's robots, the gems that Sonic and his friends collect could be the Chaos Emeralds, and the boards could be stages from the Sonic games, such as Green Hill, Chemical Plant, and Casino Night. 5. A Solo Mode. This mode could have one player race against three of Dr. Eggman's robots to get the Chaos Emerald before them, and they are given a partner for 2 Vs. 2 mini-games. My idea for the three robots could be E-101 Beta, E-103 Delta, and E-104 Epsilon from Sonic Adventure, who have been rebuilt for the purpose of getting the Emerald before the player. They could all have E-102 Gamma's moveset from Shuffle, having Rolling Mode as their unique movement ability, and Lock-on as their unique battle ability.

Regarding Knuckles Chaotix… It looks like a fun concept but had problems in execution. I think you’re better off looking into some gameplay and character mods for SRB2 to capture a similar feeling.

I've seen worse. Sonic Jam on the Tiger gamecom has quality on par with a bootleg. The graphics are blurry and monochrome, the gameplay is laggy, and many levels are missing from the Genesis originals. I'm in the minority of people who genuinely enjoyed Sonic Shuffle. I hope someday Sega gives it the sequel it so rightfully deserves. What I'd like to see in it is the same gameplay, but with improved AI, new playable characters, and enemies and worlds more in line with the Sonic franchise.

"Only three Sonic games I haven't really played yet, including this one." I highly doubt that if those are your three. See, there was this arcade game called SegaSonic the Hedgehog... As far as the two you _did_ mention? Jam is primarily a compilation title, though the overworld missions are neat. Chaotix, I _thought_ would be annoying, but the actual emotion is _boring._ There's just not much going on in that game, so unless you're going for achievements (thank you RetroAchievements, you are an incredible site!), it's probably not worth the time.

okay i'll say this if you play knuckles chaotix play it through multiplayer. it's more fun and chaotic with friends but when you play it alone it's annoying due to the computer player being a bit wonky
