You really should get 2700 rpm full throttle at sea level at climb speed. As cruise altitude increases rpms up to 2700 can be used at 7 - 8k ft.

Yeah we actually didn't get as much additional rpm as we asked for with the repitch. But at 2,700rpm the cruise speed will come down to a crawl...anyway, it is what it is, until our O-360 is ready.
