Great question. This trip wasn't too bad, but we went Monday - Wednesday in November. If you go on a weekend near Christmas it's mental. We flew with Easyjet and I think the flights were around £100 each. Then hotel was about £130 per room per night if I recall correctly. But the same hotel a few weeks later was about £700!

He does eat reindeer, but they apparently have the ones for pulling sleds they consider family and never eat (includes Rudolph) and other reindeer they slay brutally for lunch.
