Foster Cummings is such a great minister, i'm not a black person, but I really like him, he is doing so much for young people and creating so many programmes. Thank You. I hope more programmes can be created and accredited in USA so youths can work in America for US dollars and send money back home to Trinidad like they do in Jamaica. I hope other ministers learn from him.
