Job fulfillment...I think she's happy because she found meaning in her work, and is happy to do her service for the Singaporean society. I'm near the end of my diploma, and at lost on what I wanted to get for degree and work. But seeing someone finding happiness in a simple job (as opposed to a doctor for example) gives me hope that I'll find the right career for me too. Thank you for the video and to Mrs Farizah!

I used to do parcel delivery and I will make it a point to call customers if they not home but not once did singpost ever called me to inform me of my delivery. As a customer if the only way for me to collect my parcel is to leave at shoerack then with Singpost SOP, there will be people who will never be able to collect their parcel unless they take off to collect. Parcels do have contact number on it so I think they should make an effort to call. Recently I was charged $0.60 because my sender short of $0.10 in weight declaration so I had to pay him to collect that $0.10 and since he come to my door, had to pay more... just for $0.10. I think Singpost is unfair as I ordered 2 times same item but 1 is underweight declared? Something must be wrong...

So if the parcel is too big to fit into the mail box, the postal staff will bring it up to the unit and ring the doorbell? But that did not happen for me, twice. There is always someone at home but the postal staff only puts the paper slip in the mail box and doesn't even come up to slip it under the door step or ring the bell.

Can Singpost put up like a delivery schedule since sometimes at my BLK they deliver at 10AM other times at 7PM like no consistency, sometimes at home on 1 day morning and they deliver in afternoon then next day at home in afternoon they delivery at night, would be nicer if they say this 123456 to 123470 postal code deliver 10 AM-1 PM rather than everyday deliver different timing. sometimes end up with new collection slip everyday, then go collect at post office and they deliver a new one while im at the post office and hence need to wait another day to go collect, which is rather troublesome.

Most frustrating is my mails is lost . Many times already . No accountbilty. The worst part is parcel . Even with a phone on it they said they won't call . If u don't come singpost collect they mail it back to the country of origin. Lousy service . No wonder shares price keep falling and CEO keep changing . I see singpost no up .
