I’d say finding 7 stollen vehicles in said lake makes a pretty rough neighborhood. Not to mention a methadone clinic just a mile from the school. And the list goes on. I’m not saying the east side is the worst part of town, I grew up there…but IMHO it’s not the BEST AREA in Fort Worth. I’m not talking down to anyone…I’m simply stating my opinion.

Are the numberplates compared to missing persons cases?? Please say they are!! And if, how fast will you know?
@mensafordummies63703 жыл бұрын
@@Veruska75 The plates are run through a national system used primarily by law enforcement, that can tell them who the most recent registered owner of that car was. In many cases, it can also tell who the previous owner was as well, but not always; some states do not keep a list of former owners, only current owners. It only takes a couple of minutes to get the information back once a plate number is entered into the 'search' function of the license and registration database. In the event that a vehicle does not have a license plate, the same information can be obtained from the same database by entering the 'VIN' aka Vehicle Identification Number in the 'search' function. Every vehicle that was ever registered has a VIN, often found on the metal strip of the front dashboard where it meets the windshield, although there are other places that it may also be found. I'm a retired 911 dispatcher. I've run more plates than I can even begin to count. If a plate number or VIN is run through the database and comes back to someone listed as a missing person, or the vehicle comes back as having been stolen, well, there ya go!

@@mensafordummies6370 Thank you, and thanks for explaining all that, too. I live in Northern Europe, so I don't know at all how things are run over there. But there seems to be lots and lots of people who go missing, for various reasons, over there and I think what these guys are doing is awesome, and can and will probably bring closure to lots of families. It is still a bit unclear to me exactly how vast the U.S. is, and you guys using miles instead of kilometres doesn't make it easier, lol! But, I've tried to learn about changing miles to km in my head lately, and also tried to grasp the vastness of the States. I mean, we all know the Atlas map is distorted. I've lately looked around on Google Earth, and my God you guys have such beautiful nature over there! I've noticed in the comment section of a number of AWP's videos that you've been doing your best to argue, contradict, and just generally poop on a lot of people's thoughts, ideas and feelings. It's rude and uncalled for. If you need some kind of help, say so. If you need counselling, go find a counsellor. Whatever it is you need to do to stop yourself from arguing and belittling others, please step up and make sure those needs are met somehow. You seem to be a very sad person.
