Our family was very happy to help you guys. We live on the Gold Coast and of course it's the same for our city too. As a working single parent with two sons, you have done a phenomenal job holding it down. Praying this next season will be peaceful and you'll be able to rest and feel secure. , You'll be able to establish your routines and settle back into your lives without the fear and anxiety. How amazing they gave you a 3 year lease. Our landlord was thinking of selling but changed his mind so we got another year lease. Nothing is certain and for renters in urban Australia, we're all just one step away from finding ourselves in the same predicament. Years back after leaving a bad relationship I too was homeless. For three months I stayed with my sister and her husband in their mountain townhome. It was about 60 miles from my work so it was a drive. I was grateful, but so anxious to have my own place again. I know exactly how you feel! I too lived in an older apartment for a couple of years but I made it homey and comfortable. Best part is it was only 12 miles from my job. I look so forward to seeing you turn your new apartment into a home like you always do. So happy for you, your boys and Freddie!

The world has spun almost out of control since the two years of covid and now the war. The shifting in economics, employment, lifestyle that is being forced upon people is frightening. A roof over your head is imperative and dreams of the future might have to be shelved, for the foreseeable future. If you can possibly buy something, however small, I think the peace of mind is golden xx
