When i visited this past December,i stayed in a place as the 2nd floor was being built😂 i did not choose this place for myself. It was in Tse Addo, which is 7 min. Drive from the beach & the roads are mostly good. I liked the neighborhood. I visited Amasaman1x, the traffic, terrible roads, 😮nope. Enjoy the journey

The house is for rent, it's a new development and the only one out of the four that's nearly finished.

The prices are also very reasonable if you want to live in the Amasaman environment.
