But your videos keep my spirits up that one day we will return. There is a reason that the majority of Italians don't holiday outside of their own country and this is the reason why .. it's absolute gorgeous. They have everything at their fingertips. HELLO FROM TEXAS - Interesting walk, but myself, thought it was a little dangerous with narrow walkway and steep stairs. So many things are hidden in this world of ours. Coastal view and sunset mountains was my cup of tea, and sweet, is your little dog who faithfully follows you wherever you go. You have a full and interesting life for sure. Not sure I could do a full time job, and exploring on other days. Your work is grand to say the least, with all the work it takes to put them together. But your 138K followers and viewers are a good payment and encouragement for all your efforts indeed! There is lots of flat land here in TX, depending where you end up, little trees, little green. But there is the Hill Country which brings in those things for a while. Thank you again for all your wonderful works. Have a safe and beautiful day, and week ahead. Love to you all - FROM TEXAS LAURA.

Nothing compares to actually being able to visit places in person, but being a disabled person, it's nice to able to 'explore' with you in your videos when you and Carlo go on your hikes/adventures! Hi, I'm Carlo, thank you very much, we are very sorry for your disability, and I apologize if I answer you with a comment written for someone else, but I think it is fine for you too! Hi, I'm Carlo, thank you very much, I will tell you according to mother nature the evolution of us living beings, and above all humans, we have to compare ourselves with others in all senses, and this is how we "evolved" ", and we still exist, otherwise we we would be extinct, having said that, even if we learn that we compare and improve (but sometimes it can get worse) We are simply lucky enough to live in a wonderful area and we want to share it, because it also seems right to us, perhaps towards those who never are. been in this area, or cannot afford to do it, or for those who can no longer do it, to admire, dream or simply look at such a beautiful corner of the world (like so many other places), so we have to thank you all for looking at our video and give us a lot of satisfaction!

@@NickiPositano THank you so much, Carlo, for such a lovely reply to my comment. I love these mountain hikes. That lost village was amazing. I imagine that when the roads were built in the 1950's that the pathways stopped being highways through the mountains and return to being just paths. The villagers followed the new roads to a more productive life.

Thank you for this little outing...so love discovering the old buildings and imagining the happy lives of the people who once lived there. Xx so, so interesting and I feel really lucky to see these places... Thank you again. Di from Australia xx P.S. a lot of these Italians came to Australia I think because they built on high hills and in a way that reminds me of your home there, with gardens filled with zucchini, tomato and eggplants. And chickens. And always a grape vine hanging from the verandah. And always very kind, happy people who make great neighbours. Xx

Thank you for taking us along with you all in your new adventure! What amazing views and examples of the multitude of microclimates that you have on the Amalfi coast. We have a similar region here in Canada but slightly less temperate and a bit more arrid given that it’s inland instead of coastal called the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. Your walks remind me of hikes that I have done there. 🙏🏻 🇨🇦

Thank You so much for including us on your adventure of discovery in this video! I have always l Ioved snooping around and finding abandoned buildings, so that love, combined with my love of the Amalfi coast made this video especially fun for me. In reality, even if I were there right now, the combination of my bad hips and a husband who is terrified that any wooded area is teeming with snakes would still make the possibility of running across an old olive mill impossible for me, so thanks again. The guitar music at the very end of the video was a wonderful choice. I've just had an interesting thought: maybe you should find out about any local ghost stories or legends and retell them in your posts....maybe closer to Halloween! With Carlos parents living right there, and all the other people around he knows, I'll bet there are loads of good ones! (He does/did work in a cemetery, after all.) I'll keep watching, to see if you ever find out about any.
