Yes, but by me legal, or at least not illegal, and climate is good so why bother with a grow op when you can simply plant it outside and get no extra bills. Just have to keep people from hopping the fence to relieve you of it, but it is pretty much the most common garden plant now.

Well, she would notice the electric was like they had 5 2 bar heaters on, just from the lights and extractors needed. 400W HPS lamps and 400W MH lamps do tend to need a pretty serious power supply, and a lot of air if you do not want to cook the plants nicely.

Last time they used the inside of a concrete bridge here, using the electricity from the lamp posts. Hid the inside behind black plastic, so an eventual inspector with a flashlight wouldn't notice anything. Genius.
